Sales Role Play Video
This video features a sales role-play where I represented ReliaQuest and its GreyMatter cybersecurity platform. Throughout the role-play, I walk through selling from rapport building to identifying the customer's needs, communicating major features and benefits, and handling objections. The goal of the scenario is to demonstrate effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving selling to match the customer's needs and concerns.
